After over five years together, the question wasn’t if—it was how.
Robbin wanted the proposal to be perfect—something Karen would remember forever. He took careful mental notes over the years: no basketball courts, no crowded restaurants, definitely not in yoga pants. It had to be somewhere in nature, but not the beach (too windy and sandy!), and of course, nails done, hair on point.
On October 10th, he found the place that felt just right.
Surrounded by the stunning desert of Utah, Robbin looked into Karen’s eyes and said, “I will always love you and protect you.” And with a heart full of joy, she said yes.
That night, as if the universe had joined in our celebration, the Northern Lights shimmered above us. We dined, sang, and danced under the stars in a cave—just the two of us, just like the very beginning.
